  • SENIORS- Community Service hours can be turned in to the office or to Ms. Stottlemyre in room 52. 16 hours are required.

     

  • Book Club meetings will continue every Wednesday after school in the library.

     

  • So you think you can dance? There will be an informational try out meeting for the 2016-2017 Tigerettes after school February 9th in room 83. There will be information on what will be required at tryouts and you may pick up the required tryout packet. Tryouts will run from 5-6:30pm starting February 29th through March 3rd.   • The local Optimist Club is sponsoring an oratorical contest for any student who is under the age of 18 as if 10/15/2015. For more information, come to the counseling office. Students must apply by February 26th and be able to perform their speeches on March 13th. Scholarship money is awarded at the district level of this contest.

     

  • Wanted! Tiger Mascot for the 2016 football season. Auditions will be the week of March 7th. Interested? Stop by room 87 for more details.

 

 

  • MCC Mobile testing will be Thursday starting 2nd hour. Seniors in this group should report directly to the Library. If you have questions, please see your counselor.

     

  • Any girl interested in playing Volleyball next year should plan to attend an informational meeting about spring workouts on Tuesday, March 1st. There are 2 options, before school at 7am or after school. Both meetings are in room 47.

     

  • Applications for the Career Center are being accepted now at www.esaccguidance.weebly.com. The priority application deadline is March 1st. See your counselor or Mrs. Smith at the Career Center if you need help or have questions!

     

  • ATTENTION SENIORS!! Battle of the Sexes is Thursday, March 17 from 7pm to 10pm at the High School. T-shirts will go on sale next week.

     

  • Tryouts for Tiger Cheer football/ competition season will be March 7-10th at the Middle School. Registration will begin March 7th at 5pm. If you plan on trying out, pick up a tryout packet from Coach Hunsaker rm. 87. You must provide a current physical at registration to participate in tryouts.

     

  • FBLA will be hosting a WWE style wrestling event on Saturday, March 5th in the High School gym. Doors open at 6pm, the wrestling action begins at 7pm. You may purchase student tickets from FBLA members or from Mr. Manning in room 65.

     

  • Seniors, please make sure that you stay on top of scholarship deadlines. Many are going to be due very soon! Check your monthly Senior Newsletter for some to apply for!
